Procuring the highest quality plants and minerals, gifted by nature, The Ethos & edit remedy is a sacred smudge that is handcrafted in small batches in harmony with the lunar cycle. It’s infused with frequencies for one full moon cycle, instilling the smudge with the potent energy of that unique zodiac cycle.

This smudge is created in the Canadian rockies using time-honored traditional techniques by local indigenous women, as well as the influence and disciplines from the teachings of Five Elements philosophy and traditional Black Sect Feng Shui principles. These modalities all influence and set the intention into the product aligning it with the energy of the lunar cycle it is created under.

When lit, the remedy is designed to burn slowly offering a subtle smoke that moves through the space cleaning and purifying the air, clearing the energy to bring it back into neutral.
Take a moment to light the remedy. Allow the smoke to quietly infuse the air and envelop you in the environment. The scent will incite the experience that enlightens and clarifies all five senses bringing balance to ones nervous system.

2 charcoal disk (Each has a 60 minute total burn time, disk can be broken into quarters for 15 minute increments)
Burning Time: approx 60 minutes per stick

Determine how long you would like your remedy to burn for, the smudge can be broken and placed on a lit charcoal disk according to these approximate times;
15 min/ quarter charcoal disk.
30 min/ half charcoal disk
45 min/ three-quarter charcoal disk.
60 min/ full charcoal disk
Break the charcoal disk according to your desired burn time.
One Remedy Stick burn time is approximately 60min
Light the charcoal disk and place in a fireproof dish, preferably one that aligns with the element of water. This could be an abalone shell or a black clay artisan Ethos & edit burn bowl. (burn bowl not included in purchase)
Hold in your hand or place on a safe fireproof surface
