Use the journal to move through your gifts at your own pace or in a Twenty-one day container, printed at A5 and bound to lie open beside you. One centre, one gift or one edit, each day, in your own handwriting.
Autonomy Design is drawn from the I Ching, and it becomes yours the way any real practice becomes yours, which is daily and in your own hand. THE JOURNAL gives you twenty-one of those days. Each one holds a single centre, a single gift or a single edit, and the same six questions, so that the work is never a matter of remembering what to do and is only ever a matter of sitting down to do it.
A day is worked in six moves. WHAT IS TRUE, then CLEAR THE ENERGY, then CLEAR THE SPACE, then MAKE THE EDIT, then SET THE INTENTION, then THE CHOICE. The page opens with the date, the centre you are working, the gift and the tool, and a row where you tick how that centre sits in your chart, conscious, subconscious, core, not active, open to fully observe. Everything after that is yours to write.
The order matters. You clear before you edit, you edit before you set an intention, and the choice comes last because a choice made before the energy has moved is a choice made by the old pattern. Working the six in sequence is the practice, and twenty-one days is the shape of it.
This journal belongs to no season and is tied to no offering. You can open it on any day of any year, at any point in your practice, whether you have sat with your chart for a decade or have written it in for the first time on page two. It is built for the practitioner and it is built for the beginner, and it asks the same six things of both.

Procuring the highest quality plants and minerals, gifted by nature, The Ethos & edit remedy is a sacred smudge that is handcrafted in small batches in harmony with the lunar cycle. It’s infused with frequencies for one full moon cycle, instilling the smudge with the potent energy of that unique zodiac cycle.
This smudge is created in the Canadian rockies using time-honored traditional techniques by local indigenous women, as well as the influence and disciplines from the teachings of Five Elements philosophy and traditional Black Sect Feng Shui principles. These modalities all influence and set the intention into the product aligning it with the energy of the lunar cycle it is created under.
