E&e collaborates with a small circle of trusted practitioners each selected for their mastery, integrity, and depth of presence.
Together, we create spaces that bridge the seen and unseen: design, body, psyche, and spirit.
Every collaborator is part of an ongoing dialogue between land and lineage, healing and creation, individual and collective. They bring years of specialized experience and a shared devotion to beauty, truth, and alignment.
These practitioners are not “add-ons” to the work of Ethos & Edit — they are the living architecture that supports it. Through their unique modalities each brings a facet of balance to the whole.
E&e functions as an ecosystem: every collaborator tending to a different layer of the human experience.
Together, we hold a unified intention to guide others home to their natural state of coherence, autonomy, and vitality.

KIM CONARD
Healer · Ceremonial Elder · Teacher
Kim’s path into healing began through loss. A traumatic event early in life altered her perception of the world and revealed both the fragility and the extraordinary beauty of being alive. That experience became the foundation of her purpose: to live with meaning and joy, and to be in service to those navigating physical, emotional, or spiritual pain.
After receiving her Massage Therapy diploma in 2003, Kim began her formal healing practice a space where her innate sensitivity to the subtleties of body, mind, and spirit could take form. Over the past two decades, she has deepened her craft through extensive training and spiritual mentorship, refining her work into what she now calls The Medicine Path — a holistic practice rooted in Classical Chinese Medicine, somatic release, and earth-based ceremony.
Through Medicine Path Five Element Healing, Kim works directly with the meridian system, the energetic architecture of the human body to address the root cause of imbalance. Rather than treating symptoms, this approach restores the natural flow of Qi (life force), bringing harmony to the organs, emotions, and spirit. Her touch is intuitive and precise, guided by the intelligence of the elements and her deep relationship with nature.
Kim also offers Soul Retrieval; a form of spiritual healing that addresses trauma or fragmentation at the level of the soul. With an ability to see and articulate the inner story of a person’s essence, she helps to reintegrate aspects of self that have been lost or silenced through pain, bringing the being back into wholeness and vitality.
Her training in The Altar of Creation with osteopath Dr. Steven Weiss further shaped her integrative approach to trauma and chronic pain. This work reconnects clients to the foundational patterns of creation that exist within all life restoring alignment to the deepest structures of mind, body, and spirit.
Complementing her energetic and spiritual modalities, Kim draws on over twenty years of experience in Integrative Manual Therapy, including Visceral Manipulation, Craniosacral Therapy, Myofascial Release, and Massage Therapy. Each of these techniques allows the body to unwind layers of tension, restore function, and create an overall state of balance and wellbeing.
Kim continues to study under her elder and spiritual teacher Jaki Daniels of Earth and Sky Healing, carrying forward a lineage rooted in respect for the natural world and the intelligence of spirit. She serves as a ceremonial guide, mentor, and teacher, holding spaces where individuals can return to their essence — remembering the sacred order that exists within and around all life.

GABRIEL LINGER
Osteopathic Practitioner · Healer · Teacher
Gabriel’s work is rooted in curiosity — a lifelong fascination with the human body and its remarkable ability to heal and adapt. Early experiences with sports injuries led him to encounter a range of practitioners, including osteopaths, and opened a deep respect for the body’s intelligence. That early spark became a vocation.
After completing his Master of Osteopathy at Victoria University in 2015, Gabriel began his clinical practice in Melbourne, Australia. A year later, he relocated to Canada to refine his understanding of functional movement and biomechanics, studying at the Gray Institute in Michigan, USA. In Calgary, he practiced alongside and was mentored by Edward Paget, a world leader in scoliosis treatment, whose guidance helped him bridge precise structural work with a more holistic view of the person as a dynamic, self-healing system.
During his time in Alberta, Gabriel was invited into local First Nations healing ceremonies, experiences that reshaped his understanding of medicine and balance. These encounters deepened his commitment to working in ways that honour both anatomy and spirit — to see the body not only as structure, but as story and relationship.
Now based in Naramata, BC, Gabriel balances his clinical practice with time in nature and family life. His approach combines the rigour of science with the intuition of embodied listening and guiding clients to move with greater ease, alignment, and awareness.
Gabriel supports individuals across a range of needs: from athletes refining performance, to those seeking recovery, resilience, or reconnection with their bodies. His treatments draw on classical osteopathic principles, functional movement, and an integrated understanding of the mind-body connection.
Whether working with chronic pain, mobility, or structural imbalance, Gabriel’s aim is always the same — to restore the body’s natural capacity for flow, strength, and freedom.

BECKY DE GRAAF
Founder of E&e
Originally from a remote, rural area on the edge of Banff National Park, I was raised on an organic farm surrounded by nature, family, and community. My early life was shaped by the rhythm of land, season, and spirit. Rooted in a lineage that honoured Indigenous ways of living, I was immersed in a soul-centered lifestyle where meaning was found in relationship rather than performance.
Eager to carve my path, I entered the modern world and built a prominent career in interior design beginning in 2007. I served on boards, led complex residential and commercial projects, and brought a deeper narrative into every space I touched—one that asked not only what something looked like, but how it felt and why it mattered.
A traumatic car accident became the rupture that changed everything. It called me inward, into healing, remembering, and ultimately returning. In that season of transformation, I apprenticed under a shamanic healer who became my elder and guide. I went on to train as a Feng Shui Master, deepening my understanding of energy, space, and the unseen forces that shape our lives. Alongside this, I devoted myself to the study of the I Ching, becoming fluent in its ancient wisdom as a mirror for change and clarity.
I’ve since trained with many conscious masters, weaving ancestral insight with modern design intelligence. This synthesis lives at the heart of everything E&e offers today.
Now, I guide others toward their autonomy—toward the structure of their energy, the clarity of their expression, and their connection to space. My work is driven by deep curiosity and a devotion to living with integrity and beauty.
When I’m not working with clients, I’m most often in nature, sharing time with loved ones, or creating through movement. I continue to learn through culture, travel, and experience—all of which shape my perspective and inform the way I serve.
